If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, customers are entitled to a full refund or credit as per the organizer’s policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Technical or Payment Issues

If your transaction fails but your account is charged, please contact support@boletron.com within 48 hours with your payment reference ID. We’ll verify and initiate a refund if applicable.

4. No-Show or Late Entry
